Mission Statement

Lamoille Housing Partnership develops, rehabilitates and maintains safe, decent, energy efficient affordable housing through rental, home ownership, or other means to low and moderate income persons and families living within Lamoille County and the Town of Hardwick. Lamoille Housing Partnership provides such assistance without discrimination or prejudice using a combination of private and public funding partnerships.

Who We Are

The Lamoille Housing Partnership (LHP) was formed in 1991 and became a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit corporation in 1992.  Our first affordable housing project was completed in 1992 – today, we have 281 units of affordable rental housing!  Our tax deductible ID / EIN number is 22-3177209.

Who We Help

Our work creates and preserves affordable housing opportunities for low income Vermonters who may struggle to afford housing, or otherwise be homeless. We help families, seniors, local workers, the disabled, and veterans in Lamoille County and the Town of Hardwick.

Our Service Area

Our work is focused in Lamoille County as well as the Town of Hardwick. We currently have over 350 units of affordable housing properties throughout Jeffersonville, Johnson, Morrisville, Stowe and the Town of Hardwick.
