Seeking long term housing? Please read the following information closely: Lamoille Housing Partnership (LHP) provides income eligible, affordable rental apartment opportunities in Hardwick and Lamoille County. LHP does not provide short term, emergency shelter.

HOW TO APPLY FOR HOUSING:

  • OPTION 1: “I have access to a computer and internet” Download application materials and submit a completed application via email to Alliance Property Management. To apply, download the cover letter form* (*desired location of housing) AND the Vermont Common Rental Application form. Once both of these documents are complete, email to info@apmvt.com.

  • OPTION 2: “I have access to a computer, internet, and printer” You may download application materials and submit a completed application via fax to Alliance Property Management. To apply, download and print the cover letter form* (*desired location of housing) AND the Vermont Common Rental Application form. Once both of these documents are complete, fax to Alliance Property Management: (802) 350 - 9900.

  • OPTION 3: “I have a mailing address, but I do not have access to a computer, internet or printer” You may request a hardcopy of the application materials be sent to a reliable mailing address, call Alliance Property Management and ask to speak with a property manager: (802) 899 - 3400. Completed applications must be mailed to: Alliance Property Management, 41 Old Pump Road, Jericho VT 05465.
