SUMMARIZED PROJECT BACKGROUND: River Bend Apartments is a mix of new construction and rehabilitation of existing multifamily homes. The scope of work is currently under the direction of Graham Mink, who approached LHP with this "turnkey" opportunity to address the concerning lack of affordable housing opportunities in Stowe.
1/5/2022 UPDATE: LHP and our development partner Evernorth anticipate closing on the properties in January with lease ups beginning in February for the completed, newly constructed building. The rehabilitation work of the existing multifamily homes adjacent to the newly constructed building will be overseen by LHP and Evernorth; the work is slated to begin in January. LHP is currently accepting rental applications for River Bend Apartments. More information forthcoming.
COLLABORATION SUCCESS! Governor Scott selected the Town of Stowe and Lamoille Housing Partnership as recipients of a Community Development Block Grant for River Bend Apartments in Stowe! The impact of the $350,000 project based funds will enhance and preserve the affordability of the apartments for all future residents.
