Davis Koier | President Davis is a long time Morrisville resident. He is a member of Rotary and serves on the steering committee of the Lamoille Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce’s ‘Leadership Lamoille’ training program. Davis recently retired from his position as the Human Resource Manager at Manufacturing Solutions Inc. He joined the LHP Board in 2010.

Bob Malbon | Vice President Bob Moved from Maine to Hyde Park in 2009 to be near his Grand-daughter. Bob has been involved in construction for 40 years. He is also a current member of the Hyde Park Planning Commission.  Bob has been contributing to the success of LHP since 2014.

Michael Wickenden | Treasurer Mike has served on LHP Board since 2004.  He currently work as the Planning Manager for the Vermont Energy Investment Corporation (VEIC), the parent company of Efficiency Vermont. He is a  resident of Hyde Park.

Secretary | Marilyn Zophar Marilyn has lived in Lamoille County most of her life.  She was both a teacher and administrator in the public school system for over 35 years.  She is a mother of four and grandmother of 11 and resides in Hyde Park.  She currently is teaching in Lamoille Family Center's 'Families Learning Together' Program to assist young pregnant and/or parenting adults in earning a high school diploma.

Jennifer Burton | Member Jennifer is a  longtime Johnson resident. She joined the LHP board in 2016 and also serves as a Justice of the Peace in Johnson, in addition to serving on the Johnson Arts Council and VITA-Learn boards. She works at Hazen Union School in Hardwick.

David Ford | Member Mr. Ford is the owner of Evergreen Consulting, LLC in Morrisville.  He has served as a Director at Vermont Education Leadership Alliance in Montpelier, has been a Co Superintendent and Principal to three different schools for over 20 years. The schools he served include Orleans Southwest Supervisory Union in Hardwick, Frederick H. Tuttle Middle School in South Burlington, Hazen Union School in Hardwick, and Craftsbury Schools in Craftsbury. He resides in Morrisville.

Robyn Massi | Member Born and raised in Vermont, started her career with Union Bank in 1992. Gaining extensive knowledge of residential and consumer loan products and retail banking services, she became the Branch Manager in Stowe from 2002-2014, and is currently the VP/Residential Mortgage Loan Officer in their Morrisville. Robyn has been an active member in the community ranging from Johnson schools, the Salvation Army in Stowe, the Lamoille County Court Diversion Restorative Justice Programs, and the Lamoille County Court Diversion Program. Robyn joined the board in 2017, and lives in Lamoille County.

Cheryl Fuller | Member Cheryl grew up in Vermont where she raised her three children and worked for the post office for 26 years.  Later in life Cheryl moved to Arizona to heal her mind where she lived for 8 years and had a fantastic time.  Years passed, and she decided to move back to Vermont; she currently resides in Johnson.  She loves her community and Volunteers at the food shelf, she is anxious to help her neighbors and has a strong passion for the Vermont life!

Stefani Eichler | Member Stefanie joined the board in 2017. She enjoys helping her community, and is an active part of the Morrisville Rotary.  Stefanie works at a local branch of NFP Property & Casualty, providing commercial insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world as well as mountain biking, skiing, and surfing. Stefanie resides in Morrisville with her husband, and their dog Jackson.

She enjoys helping her community, and is an active part of the Morrisville Rotary.  Stefanie works at a local branch of NFP Property & Casualty, providing commercial insurance. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling the world as well as mountain biking, skiing, and surfing. Stefanie resides in Morrisville with her husband, and their dog Jackson. 

Nancy Kellogg | Member Nancy joined the Board in 2017, and is a resident of Lamoille Housing Partnership's apartments in Hardwick.  She has recently served on boards including Buffalo Mountain Coop, Hardwick Community TV, and Central Vermont Solid Waste Management District. Hailing from Wisconsin, her first exposure to the Northeast Kingdom was eight years ago through a regional site visit while studying with Goddard College's Sustainability program. This led to a second graduate program in Community Education. Nancy feels that "affordable housing is the cornerstone of any thriving community."

This led to a second graduate program in Community Education. Nancy feels that "affordable housing is the cornerstone of any thriving community."

There are no requirements or qualifications to serve on LHP's board. The term of office is two years.
